Weather in July?

Hi all! I'm traveling to Phu Quoc in two weeks and wondering whether I should expect to see no sun or lazy beach days since it's officially monsoon season? Or, could we strike it lucky and have some nice days? We'll be there for a week. Thanks!

Michael, although its officially the wettest month you will definitely have some sunshine and beach weather but it is very inconsistent. You are likely to have some rain almost every day with the mornings having the best chance of sunshine and no rain. So if you are planning activities book them for the mornings. The temperature will be quite warm so when the sun is out you will be able to take advantage of it.
