Shuttle Service from Sky Harbor

I'm arriving in Sky Harbor at around 7:30pm. I may need to take a shuttle from there to Prescott. I'm thinking of taking Shuttle U, but what are my other options and how do they compare in price and route? I just want to make sure I get to Prescott without much hassle and without too much expense.

Prescott Transit appears to be the alternative (http://www.prescotttransit.com/). Haven't tried either, but they should follow the same route (69 - 17), since that's about the only direct route between the two.
