Steve, the Khmer Kitchen is excellent and reasonably priced. There are two locations. I have a tip on it in my Siem Reap tips.

Okay, Steve, I have got to get used to this new forum format. I check at the Cambodia level and I realize now that put my Siem Reap answer under your Phnom Penh question. Ah well, here is my PP recommendation. Try the Veiyo Tonle Restaurant on Sisowath Quay. Not only is the food good but it supports an orphange. I have the details in a PP tip.
