Phnom Penh Travel Answers

Could someone help me please

I am English,living and working in Germany at present,and from the beginning of January,(which isnt too far away),I will be travelling to Phnom Penh. If everything works out,my idea is to stay and consolidate there. I suppose I am asking the same old questions,but- Where do I head for initially in the city ?,and what are the chances of getting a job.? I have previous teaching experience,and also business english. I have the appropriate papers. Hope someone can help me initially to get started. I will be travelling alone.
