Cambodia eVisa

Hi, Has anyone got Cambodia e-visa in recent days? I have problem. I applied for 6 people & confirmed that the amount has been paid (using visa card). But at mfaic.gov.kh/evisa/CheckChan... the "payment status" shows "Failed". When I talked to mfaic, they say the money has been received!
