PP-Siem Reap: Boat/Bus schedule?

Hello all, we will be 5 days in Cambodia during Chinese New Year and will be arriving in PP at 10am. Any change we can catch a boat to Siem Reap the same day? What is the schedule? Getting back to PP from Siem Reap by bus to catch our flight at 3:20. Any chance we can catch an Express Bus early morning the same day and arrive safely and in time at the airport? Thanks for your help!
