Hi, I am travelling this Weekend 2nd June with my 3 young children (under 8yrs) for our annual holidays. I have just seen the forecast which unfortunately looks like rain for the first few days. We are staying at a campsite which has pools etc but I was wondering if any local attractions such as gardaland etc would be suitable given the poor forecast? My kids are so excited to be getting away that I don't want the weather to spoil their fun. I would appreciate all ideas! Many thanks...
First of all don't panic, weather forecasts for Lake Garda are unreliable for more than 24 hours ahead. The forecasts tend to change day by day. This website is usually fairly accurate for the following day and is used by hotels in the area. ilmeteo.it/meteo/Peschiera+d... As with most things around the lake much of Gardaland is outdoors. Hopefully the weather won't be too bad and any rain passes through quickly.
