Hotspots in Perth City (cafe/restaurant, free, late pm)

Do you know any good hotspots in Perth City? I'm looking for a hotspot, where I don't have to sign up for a Wlan Provider on monthly rates. I think there are some coffee shops offering that kind of service, like the coffe & tee infusion shop in the plaza passage on hay street. But that one closes around 5 pm I think. I'd like to spend some evenings at a cafe or restaurant, surfing for free. I noticed that there aren't many hotspots anyway around Perth. It also would be nice if it would be BYO so I can order a coffee and bring my own Beer... thx for your suggestions...
