Hi! I want to travel from Penang to taman negara and I have no clue how to go there. Are there buses from Georgetown to the national park. Would be great if someone can give me advice!!
Although there are no regular bus service from Penang to Taman Negara comparable to Penang-KL transfers but there are private vans doing Penang-TN which must not be a big problem once you are in Penang. These vans are in touch with some bus operators, for which you may need to go to one of the intercity bus stations. The easier way out is to contact the reception counters at hostels/budget hotels around Georgetown. They are usually in touch with vans. If you are staying at a hotel then ask them also and then compare the price from around.
