Hello All, I'm planning to visit Pattaya, we have 1 and 1/2 day stay there.My itineraray looks like below,could you please suggest how to optimize and which place to visit first and on which day. I will be staying at ALL SEASONS,pattaya. Places to visit : Pattaya beach Underwater World. Ripley's Believe it or Not Itinerary : 1st day second half : Yet to decide. 2nd day first half : Coral island tour- already booked. 2nd day second half : Yet to decide. Thanks.
You say 1 1/2 day stay with the full day already booked with a tour. I take this to mean you are in transit in the morning of Day 1 and the afternoon of Day 3. I suggest you do the beach on the first partial day. This is because if you are traveling on the second half of the last day, you may not have the chance to shower and clean up from the beach (salt and sand) before checking out of your hotel. If you do the beach first day, then you can take your time and relax. On the final day, if needed, you can check out of your hotel before heading to the other sites.

Ripley's you can visit anytime the Royal Garden Mall is open. The beach is the beach - it is there 24 hours a day. Tourists do not swim at Pattaya Beach so it is a "looking, walking, shopping, sunbathing, eating and drinking thing" for most tourists. You don't have much time for much of anything! Maybe you can fit in some shopping and and just relaxing? Local transportation is only 10 baht when you use a baht bus, maybe transfer to second bus to complete your ride. Tuk Com IT center is one place you can visit. There are many malls in Pattaya. pattayaconcierge.com/specifi... There are several malls on Pattaya Sai Song (Second Road) such as Central Festival, Royal Garden, Avenue Mall, Big C. On North Pattaya there is the Lotus Tesco and on Central the Big C Extra. (Formerly Carrefour.) It takes around 2 hours just to get to Pattaya from Bangkok and 2 hours to return. You only have a short time in that city why get tied down with another long tour? Do watch the transgender show Tiffany's while in Pattaya.It is a grand show and quite fascinating and enjoyable.It is not vulgar as people tend to think.
