Where to buy Soccer boots and Go-Karts

Hi, please advice which market is the best to purchase soccer boots (original and imitation - both ok) or futsal boots. Please also advise how much is it for a go-kart session in Pattaya. I heard that Pattaya Kart Speedway is one of the better places to go for go-karting, is it true? Thanks a lot for the time taken to respond.
