I lived in Pasadena until 1997 and will be returning with my family for a short visit in a couple of weeks after being away for 9 years. I'm no longer familiar with the restaurant scene. We want to eat dinner a couple of nights in Pasadena (or South Pas). What is your favorite restaurant in either city? Karen
Hi! Wait until you see the action in Old Town now! It's really a hot spot--check out the action! How about DeLacey's in Old Town? The Raymond? My preferance is the Arroyo Chop House or Parkway Bar and Grill on Arroyo Parkway--away from the Old Town madness! Julienne's in the Mission District of San marino, not far from South Pas, is nice, or how about the Grill at the Ritz?

Monty's still has excellent ribs, steaks and cocktails. Mijare's patio is still beautiful on summer nights. Ruth's Chris has opened up and I've heard it maintains their standard.
