would anybody know if we may drive with regular car all the way to this lake. don't we need a for wheel drive? thanks
I live in Toluca and went up to the lake once. You do not need 4 wheel drive unless its winter and there is snow/ice up there. However I wouldnt recommended driving up there in those conditions even though many in town do. The road is not paved and is very narrow in places. Take your time going up and down! No guardrails or nothing like that either. However, it is worth the trip!
