In your review you mention some really yummy sounding items with a New Orleans influence and even some French specials. Just curious if you would list the chef & his credentials. I like to know about the kitchen when I visit a new restaurant. Thanx, Kathy K.
Hi Kathy, Sorry, I'm not on VT much anymore and some of my tips are outdated...the Pepper Mill Bistro review is one of them, unfortunately. The Pepper Mill Bistro closed suddenly, much to my dismay, back around 2008 or 2009 sometime. The owner told us that the recession had caused business to fall off to the point that he couldn't keep the restaurant going. We ran into Michael, the owner, waiting tables at Lui Lui, a high-end, highly regarded restaurant, and found out what happened.
