newyears eve in paris

For upcoming new years eve I am in staying in Paris. Does anyone know if there are party's on big squares? Where are the party's that I mus'nt miss?? And how are the club's around new year eve, do you need to buy an special ticket in advance or can you just walk in on the night itself?? And how is the dresscode in the club at that night... benbezig
