Metro in Paris

by ashwini62 Online Now Jun 28, 2008 at 5:02 AM

I would be in Paris for 2 days staying at a hotel at CDG and plan to travel to city center both days as well as Versailles. Is it better for me to buy carnet of 10 tickets or the 2 day visite paris metro pass(Zone 1-5)? Also is Visit Metro pass also valid on RER? Many Thanks.

I would recommend day passes rather than the carnet. Each trip using the carnet is Euro 1.10 and if you touring a lot of places, the day passes will defintely help to save quite a bit of$.
