What is the best way to travel from parati to buzios or vice versa. Are there buses? how long would the trip take? where could i find a schedule?
You can take the trip by bus, but you will have to go via Rio de Janeiro as that is inbetween. Should be easy enough to transfer at the bus station in Rio though.

For most any destination in Brazil, if you type into Google (or other search engine) the name of the place and the words "como chegar" (how to get there), you should turn up a site with a bus schedule.
