any tricycle driver mobile number I can use when staying on panglao island? I will be there for 9 days and will be handy to get one.
I don't have a particular tricycle driver in mind because we hired a van when we had the Panglao Island tour, but I'd like to suggest that you course the hiring of a tricycle through your hotel/beach resort front desk. That way, they will be responsible for the character/behavior of the driver.

They will be everywhere and Cyndy is correct. Just use the hotel and get them to handle the necessaries, including fair rate bargaining.

Just use a few trikes and when you find a polite, friendly trike driver make an offer to hire him when needed. There are trike drivers everywhere and as you haven't filled your profile in we cannot tell where you are from but if you are Filipino you should know how to handle this.
