Trying to Maximize my time March 1-6, 2011 -Help! Any answers are appreciated.

1) Is there a Hop On Hop Off type of tour bus that goes through the city of Panama? Cost? Website. 2) Are there any tourists sights that are NOT open every day? 3) Are there any tourist sights that offer free admission or special deals on special days throughout the week? 4) Info on Panama city Carnival? I am trying to maximize my time there because I plan on having a GOOD time!
