Relaxing beaches and booze cruises

Hello, My wife and I will be visiting the island in the end of April. We are going to be looking to relax quite a bit. What are some nice quiet beaches that are pretty secluded and have a nice view? Also, what are some short booze cruises would anybody suggest? Thanks DREW
