Jerusalem Panorama Hotel - Ownership?

Hi all, I have a question about this hotel; I've tried calling and emailing but no answer/no response. Does anyone know if this hotel is Muslim-owned? Its website implies it is Palestinian-owned, but I would like to know whether it is Muslim or Christian-owned. No, this is not because either would affect my willingness to stay there, I would just like a hotel with Muslim staff familiar with and able to guide to the Muslim sites in East Jerusalem. Any clarification anyone can provide is much appreciated.
