About the postal service...

Will be touring the Middle East next week, and Bethlehem is in the itinerary, specifically the Nativity church. I'd like to know if the postal service in the West Bank is reliable enough to actually mail some postcards from there instead of from Israel? I will actually mail the postcards to my own home and I just wanted the cards to bear postmarks from the actual places where they were mailed. Thanks.
