flying can be VERY cheap if booked well before. try also LIONair. The only feasible other way is he luxury overnight bus-they go on the ferry. here are several companies- the better ones are often though of as being ANS and ALS- all together there are likely about 8-12 buses/day from JKT-the big busstation in the west of town. Just turn up-around noon/early afternoon and find one-in slack times you can bargain. A not very good meal in the evening is included, as are some drinks/sneks on board.
