Hi i have been planning my trip to coron palawan this nov 2012. My first time backpacking but somehow i still wanna have a travel buddy.. female/male..foreigner /local,. The place is absolutely awesome! I just wanna explore its beauty and have a good time! If anyone is interested pls. email me!thanks
Enjoy Coron and don't forget to visit the Bistro for the best food, run by a french guy who has lived in Palawan for 20+ years, he will have a wealth of information. I expect you saw the prog on NGC the other night!

Hi paolodecastro,.. I have been planning my trip to coron...i still don't have a definite date to fly in coron coz im still looking for a travel buddy..this will be my fist backpacking and i'll try to make it not so costly,.i did my research,just listing down whatever that might cost me..some people survived in just 5500 budget,. i reckoned that accommodation there isn't that expensive..and food as well.. but renting a boat will roughly around 4000 or less...so its practical to have a travel buddy or be in group to divide the boat rent... are you planning to go there this year?

by renting a boat,it depends for a place that you want to go....coron island tours for one day is cost for about 1500(siete pecados,kayangan lake.barracuda lake,twin peaks atwayan beach and skeleton wreck)there is also a 3500 for malcapuya beach and banana resort beach...i have a tour boat and my price is negotiable.....

I went to palawan. It was amazing. From flying on to a small airstrip to my last moments enjoying the views I felt very lucky to been there once. I stayed at El Nido which was something special. So many great places in the Philippines to have minute by minute adventures. Nov - Jan are the months that are the most comfortable as it does get hot. Its a great moment in my life.

if you want a travel buddy im leaving for coron in late december. very open to a travel pal.. i will be staying in coron for 3 days minimum.
