Help me with this please!

I and my husband with our 4 yrs. old son is planning to go to Palawan this Mid-Nov. until Mid-Dec., is it nice to visit there in this time? Can you give us suggestions if what places are the best? Which transportation from Manila going to PP is comfortable and much cheaper? I hope someone will help and give me lots of suggestion about this.
