A room for two at someplace like SeaDive is ~560PHP (fan, no A/C). But I personally would not recommend SeaDive, I was not impressed. There are other places for similar value, but you'd have to walk around and ask about. There are quite comfortable and higher quality places for 1500PHP (room for 2 people). Take a look at the Coron pages for a place to start.
