needa help/ Does anyone know about Palau???

hi there. I am from Beijing China. Some of my friends and i are crazy about Palau and We plan to go for a journey. But since no one has been there wonder which way is the best solution? 1)just book Hotel+flight through VT 2)ask some travel agent to book Hotel+car+guide for us (really appreciate if you can recommend me some of the better agency) 3)what will be the best place for sightseeing and must see in Palau? Thnx! looking forward to your reply.
