Is the Yawning fields guest house still in business ? i loved staying there for a month 2 years ago, I'm on my way out again any one know ?
Sorry I dont know it is still in business or not because I called twice but nobody pisked up the phone ( 01-0262735 ) but this season everybody seems move to Pai!!! due to the Flora festival in ChiangMai You better check this first paitown.com/English/Resort/R... Hope this help :)

Hi Allison, This is Mink from Yawning Fields guesthouse. After the flood in 2005 the old Yawning Fields was swept away in the river. We made a new guesthouse in a different location, called Ing Doi Guesthouse. These are much nicer than the old Yawning Fields style, so we changed the name to reflect the difference in style. But we are re-opening the original Yawning Fields, in the old style, in an adjacent piece of land. These will be very basic and inexpensive but very clean, as before. If you want to find us, our number is the same:081 0262735(the previous poster that posted the number was mistaken) and there is a map on our website for the new rice field location.
