Pagudpud Tour

Hello VT'ers, Will arrive in Laoag on Thursday evening and I plan to spend the night in Laoag and head to Pagudpud the next day. Please help me finalize my itinerary for my Pagudpud DIY tour: Thursday 9pm - arrival at Laoag / overnight in Laoag Friday 7am - breakfast then visit Sinking Bell Tower, St William's Cathedral, Provincial Capitol and Museo Ilocos Norte 9:30 or 10am - travel to Pagudpud by public bus 1pm - start the Pagudpud Tour via hired trike - which Tour should I do first? the North Tour (Kabigan, etc) or the South Tour (Windmills, Kapurpurawan and Lighthouse)? 5pm - check in at accommodation - homestay or any cheap alternative Saturday 10am - check out and continue with the Pagudpud Tour via hired trike 2pm or 3pm - travel to Vigan(bus to Laoag then bus to Vigan) 7pm - ETA at Vigan Thanks in advance. :)
