We are going to Island Krk to Punat in mid August. If anybody can help with some ideas what to see, good places to eat or just to have fun would be great. Thanx,

We had a great dinner yesterday in Puntica restaurant situated on the road between Marina Punat and Punat - by car or by foot through shipyard towards marina and then the sign to the right. We had a lamb roast with potatoes under "peka" grill-oven. last year, we had an octopuss prepared the same way - fantastic! You have to order these at least two hours in advance. Also restaurant Kanajt serves very good food, local cuisine and european. Fine bread and pastry just opposite the pharmacy. Fun and sports - more in my Krk pages. Also do take some trips around the island - Vrbnik, Baska (not Stara Baska).

Kedves Ildiko, most jottunk haza Krkrol, mondhatom szuper volt. A sziget legdelibb reszen Baskan nagyon szep az obol, sekély, kavicsos, kivalo furdohely. Jo program atmenni komppal Rab szigetre (Baska-Lopar), mi kocsival mentunk, igy rabon is tudtunk csatangolni.
