Partying in Oslo

I'm in Oslo Friday the 16th -18th of February.If rumours be true, Oslo is quite expensive and people go out late. What time does the town get busy and what time do the parties go on to? Is there any festivals on that weekend ? Any suggestions of good pubs/clubs would be greatly appreciated . Cheers, Will
