Hi, I will be travelling to Osaka in a few days and I would like to ask when will the rush hours be around? Thanks!
I don't live in Osaka, but rush hour should be the same as in every other major city. 7:30-9:00am and 5:30-7:00pm. If it is anything like Tokyo, the evening rush can last until 10:00pm as many people go out drinking. The last trains are also pretty bad at times.

It's only a serious rush hour in the morning from around 7:30 to 8:45 am, everyone jams the trains in the morning to get where they are going. People then slowly trickle back home throughout the evening, with the peak periods being around 7 pm and again around 11 pm.
