inn or hostels nearest KIX

Help please! would anyone know if there are inn/hostel/cheap hotel nearest Kansai airport? I only know there's hotel nikko but quite expensive.. we're going to arrive in Osaka a bit late in the evening, we're just going to spend the night there then take our connecting flight to Hokkaido. Thanks!
