Red Leaves Viewing Hasedera and Arashiyama

Hello, I went to Nara Hasedera last week Thursday (12th November) for red leaves viewing but they are not fully there yet so I will return again. Does anybody know the best time to go there, in November? Also I will go to Kyoto Arashiyama for the same viewing experience, does anybody know the best time to go this November? Your help and advice would be appreciated.
