Help! How do I buy a ticket for Sting in December?

Hi! I really would like to see Sting on December 20th at the Osaka Festival Hall, but all the sites that the tickets are sold through are in Japanese and/or only ship to individuals with Japanese addresses/cell phones etc. Is there anyway I can purchase a ticket? I'm currently living in South Korea at the moment, and would kill to see Sting again. So any advice would be apperciated! Thanks Katrina.
