change location

second hand shop in Namba or Shinsaibashi?

I have been advised that either in Namba or Shinsaibashi there is this second hand shop selling used brand names items ,eg. hand-bags,clothes .But I forgot the location ,could anyone please help. Many thanks in advance, liem
