Hi. We're a family of 5 with 3 teens 15-19 years old looking for a cheap, clean & safe hotel close to Namba Station. Budget is less than $100. Room with toilet/bath & aircon. So far, I have come up with the following:
Am open to other hotel suggestions. Pls advise. Thank you.

I have never been to those specific hotels but they look fine. Toyoko Inn is pretty standard. Not a bad place.
I would also suggest Namba Oriental Hotel. They have 3 bed rooms. You can reduce some costs by booking a 3 bed and 2 bed room. I have stayed there and it is nice. Never had the breakfast but with so many good things to eat there, I didn't need it.

Il Cuore is a good basic business hotel in a good location. Monterey Grasmere is a little bit out of the way, but quite good. I think it's over 10000. You should also look into the Namba Oriental Hotel - under 10000, well run basic business hotel. I would avoid the Dormy chain.
