I will land at Kansai airport, osaka on 14th of january 2010 at 2100 hrs. I will be having a paid accommodation at Osaka Portopia Hotel from 15-18 january 2010. My return flight is on 20th Jan. so need to find a cheap accommodation near the above hotel for two nights i.e 14th and 19th. Please help.
Didn't find any Osaka Portopia Hotel....the only one I found is in Kobe. Next to the airport...is this it? Anyway, one hotel chain that is very good and cheap (for Japan prices) is Toyoko Inn. Good service, small but good rooms and very good price....the closest to your hotel is: toyoko-inn.com/e_hotel/00123... It's located 3km north of the Portopia, but 5min by train....by the way, you can stay anywhere near any train station in Japan....their transport system is one of the most efficient in the world.
