I will be in Orlando during December & would love to go to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs San Francisco 49'ers game on the 15th in Tampa.
Is there any public transport ie bus, train etc that I can catch from Orlando game day morning & return from Tampa game day evening?
Is there any transport to take fans to the game?
Or do I just have to hire a car for the day?
I was wondering if there is ANY transportation from the Orlando International AP to St.Augustine?
It's just so much easier for me to leave from there as soon as I get off the plane than to go to ID & take a bus from there.
thanks
Hi,

we are struggling with getting a hire care as we dont use credit cards so has anyone used taxis & buses to get around the parks & what was the experience like i've checked prices online & so far i think the cost would work out roughly the same as the to hire a car.

I am going to Orlando at the end of July but am worried about the humidity and heat. Everyone is saying it's soo hot but surely there's air con?
Is the heat and humidity bearable? And is it humid all day? Any tips to stay cool?
Also, is the air con massive noisy machines in the hotel or is it quiet?
Sorry for all the questions!
I have a family holiday booked to stay partly at The Hard Rock Hotel this summer, but am aware that food/ drinks are pricey there. Are there any good restaurants near here ( preferably in walking distance) that we could go to instead? Thanks
My dad and I are going to Orlando to see the Braves spring training in a few weeks. We've been to the Disney area tons of times and done most of the restaurants in and around there. Are there any suggestion of really good places to eat that aren't disney or universal. Maybe some local places? We don't have a preference on type of food.
We are arriving in Port Canaveral on March 19 and want to go quickly to Disney World Magic Kingdom. There are four of us. We only have 9 hours. What is the fastest, cheapest, most direct way to get there?
Hello there, Me and my girl friend desperately want to go to Florida this June, however due to late pay days and early final transaction fee dates we're unable to book our perfect fly drive holiday. However I was wondering, is it cheaper or the same price to rent a car when we arrived at Orlando/Sanford air port? Or is it best to just stay with the travel agent's price. I'll be 22 when we arrive in Orlando so I am aware of the young driver fee. Also any advice on cheap park tickets would be a bonus! Any advice would be much appreciated Thank you, Matthew.
Hi, I'm planning a trip in 2014 for my husbands 40th birthday. His favourite college team are the gators. I'm looking at staying at the hard rock hotel in universal studios. Can anyone tell me how far away this is from the Florida gators stadium and what's the best way to get there?
Hi, I was planning on spending 5 days in Disney next October, what's the weather like during this time of year? Also, I wanted to go in October because I thought this maybe an "off" time and lines would be a little shorter. Also, any suggestions on where to stay inside the park? I've never stayed within the park and would love some ideas and thoughts. I'm in my mid 20's and I'll be traveling with my BF. We were also thinking of doing a meal plan.. are those worth it? Thanks
Could someone please give me the names of some reputable vacation rental companies. I am considering using Florida Sun Vacation Homes ..Anyone used them ?
I'm going to Walt Disney World next spring and as part of our package we have the Disney Dining Pan. As we can make restaurant reservations up to 180 days before our trip, the time has come to decide where we want to eat. I have found restaurant menus on the internet which is a great help, but.......I can't begin to decide what or where I want to eat in 6 months time! It seems restricting that I will need to be at a certain restaurant for a certain time and that I need to decide now which park I will want to visit during my stay so that I can make reservations for the right place. Has anyone used the dining plan before? I wonder how essential it is to make reservations? I am worried that if I don't pre-book a table then when we arrive and with so many people on the dining plan, we will not be able to use our dining plan vouchers. Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated :o)
I moved to Orlando Florida a few weeks ago. The seconded week I was here someone stole my boyfriends motorcycle. I am scared.. I live on Kirkman Road five minutes away from universal studios. Can anyone tell me how bad this area Is and for when I move in a year 1/2 where I should look for a better place in Orlando?
We live on the west coast, so Disneyland is a lot easier to get to. It means a 3 hour flight instead of 6 hours. Flights from our city are also a lot cheaper. But we go to Disneyland fairly regularly... every 3 years or so. None of us have ever been to WDW or anywhere in Florida for that matter. So, we've been thinking about doing a 2 week trip to Florida for spring break 2013 (March). Probably do a week at WDW and a week checking out other parts of Florida. Wondering if visiting Walt Disney World in Florida is all that different from Disneyland? Is it worth the extra cost and effort to get there all the way from the pacific northwest?
Australian family. 3 girls aged 17, 16 & 13. Never been to a big theme park. Not likely to get back again soon. Only one real thrill seeker. Arriving Orlando 4.30pm 9 December, fly from Miami 5.30pm 12 December. Do we stay at a Disney resort so we can use the magic hours and get a 4 day pass and see all of the parks plus fit it Universal Studios (kids love Harry Potter) and drive to Miami on the night of the 11th or the morning of the 12th. Or save some money and stay at non Disney accommodation, go to one Disney park for a full day, Universal for a full day, maybe Mickey's Christmas Party on the night that we arrive and take a more leisurely drive to Miami and spend a day and a half seeing a bit of Miami?
How far is lake eola from the LYNX central station? Also, which downtown hotel would you recommend (also not farm from the bus station). Thank you!
I will be going to Florida next month and have two days dedicated toward theme parks before we leave. Just my husband and I going (we are in our 20s) and we are trying to decide which theme parks to go to. I think we will go to Universal for a day probably at Universal Islands of Adventure. Is there another theme park, waterpark or fun place we should go our second day? Disney World would be fun if we could find tickets a bit cheaper, besides those two parks (Universal and Disney) I don't know what other fun parks are in the state. Thanks for your suggestions.
How unbearable is the weather at Disney in late August? Also, how likely is the chance of hurricanes?
Hi Going to be driving from Orlando to West Palm Beach during our holiday and i was wondering are there any good low cost outlet malls in the area that people would recommend? Thank You
Hi Quick question which are you best to do buy disney park tickets online or at the gate. if you buy at the gate are the ques very long
At the risk of asking a mundane question, I want to kick off holiday planning for a family holiday (July 2013) by booking flights a.s.a.p. Knowing that this is the most expensive element of the holiday, I want to get the best deal possible. Q1. Is this more likely via a charted flight or scheduled flight? I was also considering a Miami arrival, as an alternative to Orlando,to taste the sights and sounds of that area for a few nights before embarking on the Orlando experience. Q2. I wonder if that destination airport increases my chances of decent trans-atlantic flight prices.
Hi I am looking at hiring a car for 5 days and was wondering what insurance i need . On the car hire site they have loss damage waiver, personnel accident insurance, personnel effects protection, additional liability insurance and roadside safety net. Do i require all of these or just some Thank you
Sorry for probably an FAQ. 2 adults only. 1. Is the unlimited lunch and dinner meal worth the cost? Or better to pay as we are hungry? We plan on staying all day. 2. Besides food, admission, etc, just only counting additional gifts, photo purchases, or other misc things you could think of, how much would 2 adults spend per day? If possible, if you have went, name things you purchased to give me an idea of what I am forgetting. We thought about going 2 days. Thanks!
We were thinking of staying at the Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa on our next trip in July since we alwyas use the offairportcheckin service at the mall next door to the resort. Has anyone stayed there recently and if so would it be good for my 5 and 8 years olds? We have always stayed at the Sheaton Vistana down the road in the past
I have been looking for a hotel near to the Universal theme parks for a 4 night stay and wondered if anybody had any recommendations. The room needs to be big enough for 2 adults and 3 children aged 15,12 and 10. I need shuttle transport to Universal. I would like somewhere that offers a buffet breakfast although this is not essential. I would say that my budget is mid range but would prefer to keep the cost down.
I have been looking at the website for the I-Trolley in Orlando but don't seem to be able to find the answer to my question. So I wondered if anybody could help please. Is it possible to reach the Universal theme parks by using the I-trolley?
does anyone have any feedback for renting a vacation home in Liberty Village? Nice area etc? average size of homes and proximity to attractions? Thanks
