marriott.com/suggest/suggest... At the very top on their web site in tiny tiny print is a link for Help. Scroll over it and you will get a "contact us" link. Click and type in your message. If that doesn't work, it should be the link above. You might actually find it easier to telephone or fax them at: Phone:1-407-938-9001 Fax:1-407-938-9002 Toll-free:1-877-682-8552 In any case be sure to include your reservation number and the name/location of the hotel. Best advice is to use the "Help" link mentioned above. Many of these big chains do not have an open ended email address - the contact forms are easier to track for customer service. If you need to only make a change to your reservation, in that same "Help" area you can take care of all that online. Although calling is usually the best thing, then you are assured of getting the actions you require.
