Suggestions for travel from Rovinj / Rovigno to Opatija?

Hi, I am arriving in Rovinj / Rovigno (I think they are the same place?!) on the ferry from Venice and need to get to Opatija. Any suggestions for trains / buses / taxis and an estimate of the journey time? Many thanks...

    Here is the link to Rovinj bus station website: www.tzgrovinj.hr/eng/info/autobusi.asp They don't list Opatija, but buses going to Rijeka should stop in Opatija. If it happens that it does not stop in Opatija (which is very unlikely), just go to Rijeka and take a local bus to Opatija (every 30 minutes, 30 minutes ride). Rovinj to Opatija is approx. 2,5 hrs. Re. Rovinj / Rovigno - yes, it is the same place written in two languages. Region of Istria is bilingual with two official languages: Croatian and Italian.
