    voyages-sncf.com/billet-trai...

(the French railway website, in French) lists trains taking 2h 53min between Paris Nord and Ostend, with a change at Brussels Midi station. One-way fare varies according to departure time.

Can't help with the Ostend>Nieuwpoort segment, sorry.

From Ostend to Nieuwport you can take the Kusttram(Coasttram), it takes approx. 40 minutes to get to Nieuwpoort and it is a nice ride.
If you stay longer I advice to buy a 3 or 5daycard so that you can travel very cheap with the tram during your stay.
Have a nice time at the Belgian coast.

If Nieuwpoort is the final destination there are other options. You don't need to go via Oostende.

    Cheapest option is probably:

    - Take the TGV Paris - Dunkerque. There are several a day, depending on if it's a weekday or a weekend.
    - In Dunkerque take the bus to De Panne in Belgium:

In De Panne you change for the coastal tramway.
For 7,50 they sell you a ticket that is also valid on the coastal tramway in Belgium, so you can reach any Coastal resort town easily. The coastal tramway runs every 10 minutes in summer...
