The absolute best time to visit in terms of weather. September always beautiful!! October rains don't usually come until the end of the month, sometimes not until Halloween. October will have some beautiful sunny days, even if you do get some rain. The temps vary alot during these months, warm days and cool nights so be prepared for that.
