hi do you know if there are buses running to olongapo city from makati and back
None, but don't despair yet! Victory Liner does the route from Pasay City and Cubao. And they even have a station at Caloocan. From Makati though, try checking if the Vicotry Liner still does the special (but regular) runs from Mandari Oriental to Subic. As you would probably know, this resort town and ex-naval base is just a walk accross a bridge to the Olongapo City centre! Godd luck!
