Does the Minaguchi-ya Inn still exist? It was written about in Oliver Statlers 1961 book, Japanese Inn: A Reconstruction of the Past. If it still exists how do I contact them to arrange a stay?

It is an inn no more and it was reopened as a gallery showing good old days photos and artifacts of Minaguchiya Inn. Around there Seikenji is still there and Zagyoso villa returned from Meiji Mura Open Air Museum in Inuyama. So Okitsu is still worth visiting.
