Istanbul to Bucharest via Odessa

I am able to take three weeks holiday and am planning to travel Istanbul-Odessa (by ferry)-Transdneister-moldova-bucharest. I have already visited Istanbul and Bucharest so I would love info on the other legs. Example 1. Is three weeks enough time? 2. Recommended places to see or stay 3. Easy border crossings etc By the way we are budget travellers
