There are a few buildings on Banks at 34.89837,-76.256777. Can anyone please tell me anything at all about them: what are they? How do you get there? Is there any interesting reason to go there? Etc. Thanks

I have never been anywhere near N Carolina, but are they the cabins which you can rent? nps.gov/calo/planyourvisit/l... or Portsmouth village? nps.gov/calo/planyourvisit/v...
