      approximately 3 weeks ago an article ranin the Jacksonville Daily News about poney tours on the island. September 12 & November 14,2009.       Greetings from Sweden, my wife and I plan to travel with our 2 kids down the outer banks and stay a few days on Ocracoke Island. Would appreciate any suggestions for a personal, friendly, not too noisy place to stay. We're thinking of travelling in September.
