1. Drive to visit places from kranjska gora bovec kobarid tolmin and nova gorica for one day or made the rounding drive from bohinjska by car train to most na soci and then tolmin kobarid bovec and finished in kranjska gora?

I am planning a trip to Bled in September and was interested in visiting Vintgar Gorge, lake Bohinj and do white water rafting at Soca river. Can someone please suggest the best itinerary for the same? Please note that I am not willing to drive in the country and would prefer public transport over taxis.
1. Are there any buses running from Bled to Vintgar gorge and back? If yes, how is the frequency and what are the timings?
2. Should I make a day trip to Bohinj or should I make a stay? Again, are there buses or di I need a private vehicle to reach?
3. For white water rafting should I book from Bled or go to Bovec? I have heard of 3glav adventures at Bled. But are there any other (better and cheaper) alternatives?
Also, any other suggestions are welcome.

Can i drive from bled to kranj and then in road num 210 to logarizka dolina? Irs better than from lublianja way?

Hi! I'd like to go back to do some walking but wont be able to go until september. Whats the chance of the smaller higher altitude huts still being open? When the weather is 'normal' when do they usually close? Also, in a typical year when does triglav become inaccessable without axe/crampons? Thanks :)

Last summer (2006) we had a fantastc holiday exploring Slovenia and stayed for 4 days near Lake Bohinj. We want to return and spend more time there, but would like an apartment to ourselves - not in a big block. Does anyone know of quiet apartment near or in Stara Fuzina for 4 poeple? Hello! I need to travel by train from BB train station on March 05 (Monday). My problem is that the connection by the local bus from Ribcev Laz to BB is really bad. It means I should take the bus at about 05:44 to catch the train at 09:10. Does someone know if there is / are other possibility (ies) (minibus...)besides the taxi? Thank you very much!

Hi, Is weather good in the beginning/middle of September in Bohinj? Is it much raining?
I'm coming to Lake Bohinj at the weekend. Whats the weather forecast for next week? It looks like its pretty chilly (10C) at the moment!
What is the weather/temperature in May and June? I see from brochures it is possible to fish in the Lake but that a permit is required. Where can I get one - through the hotel? Is it fly fishing or coarse fishing? Can I get an instructor for a little tuition and guidance on the best place to fish?
we're traveling with our 2-year-old daughter and would like to find a B&B (or maybe cabin) from which we'd be able to take short (one-day) hikes in the mountains. Could you recommend a place to stay that's especially good for amateur hiking ? In what town? any recommended B&B?
