B&B for smokers

hello guys, I'm looking for a nice B&B in kailua or around, not far from the beach, where smoking is permitted on the premises (not inside, just in the garden!!!). seems to be difficult... we'll spend our last 6 nights in hawaii on oahu and want to relax a little, and I don't want to walk miles for my evening fag ;-) if not in kailua, any other nice destinations on the beach? thank you very much for your help! regards from austria, irinasimone
